They are the kings of heartwarming ballads and energetic rock anthems. They are the perfect blend of an iconic bass-baritone voice with the stunning higher tones of a tenor. They are the creators of music that defined a generation, and the relevance thereof even today, in an age where electronic production trumps all, is testament to their incredible staying power. They the voices of early rock and roll and blue-eyed soul eras alike, the legendary duo that captured the world with timeless hits such as ‘Unchained Melody’, ‘(You’re My) Soul and Inspiration’, ‘Ebb Tide’, ‘You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’’, ‘Rock and Roll Heaven’, ‘The White Cliffs of Dover’, and ‘(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life’.
They are The Righteous Brothers, and they are hitting the road one last time to bring audiences across North America an evening filled with good music and entertainment before they put down their microphones for good. The ‘Lovin’ Feelin’ Farewell Tour’ is set to kick off in early March 2025 in Jacksonville, Florida, visiting some major venues before taking their final bow towards the middle of November 2025 in Galveston, Texas.
The legendary voices of The Righteous Brothers still echo everywhere around the globe with the music we all know and love, still moving audiences in the same way it did back in 1963, when their first two singles, ‘Little Latin Lupe Lu’ and ‘My Babe’, hit the airwaves. It was, however, their signature single, ‘You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’’ that catapulted brothers Bill Medley and Bobby Hatfield into stardom. During their career, The Righteous Brothers produced various charting hits, received two Grammy Award nominations, and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Vocal Group Hall of Fame, and the National Rhythm & Blues Hall of Fame. Sadly, Bobby Hatfield passed away in 2003, with Bucky Heard stepping in for a revival of The Righteous Brothers in 2016.
