Majestic Theatre
The moms are back at the Majestic Theater on Friday, May 2nd. Kristin and Jen of IMomSoHard are hitting the road in 2025. They're calling this trip the Flashback Tour. It's a great chance to catch up on what's been going on in their lives. Of course, for that, you could also be up-to-date with the podcast! These two have tackled every media format under the sun, but it's these live shows that may be the most endearing.
It's super hard to come up with a set as a solo comedian; multiply that by 2, and that's what you get with IMomSoHard. They work as a team on stage in a way that you just don't find from comedians at all! Of course, they can also shift the show and make it into a live version of the podcast. This is part stand-up comedy and part variety TV show. The only thing that's certain is that you're going to have a great time with Krisin & Jen of IMomSoHard at the Majestic. The description that Kristin and & Jen provide on their bio about what they do is so perfect to describe this show that it's worth a share. It reads, "Two Moms. (Not married.) (Actually, married. Just not to each other.) Four kids. Two husbands. 6 dogs. Minimally, 2 glasses of wine. Lots of laughs." That's exactly what you can expect to experience at The Majestic Theater in Dallas on Friday, May 2nd. The chemistry between the two is something that's hard to find, but the reason it's hard to replicate is that most people don't spend as much time together as these two! They've been doing the web series, the podcast, books even, and this live show for about a decade now. At this point, Kristin & Jen could finish each other's sentences!
All of this time together makes for a very interesting comedy set. They work as a tandem on stage, which is something that you don't see often! What they've also been known to do is weave the show to make sure they hit the different points they want to talk about. It may not be a full set spent on some "Mom" comedy. There might be moments in the show when they interact with the crowd and share some real struggles with fellow moms. If you've been to this experience, there's no real point in trying to sell you on it! Kristin & Jen love Dallas, and Big D loves them. That's why they keep coming back to The Majestic year after year!
To be fair, there is some value to finding a spot near the stage for this IMomSoHard show! Being up close to Kristin & Jen gives you that fighting chance of being part of the show. If that's something that you're looking for, then by all means, find a seat close to them. Otherwise, you already know that each spot at The Majestic has a great view of the stage.
